* I hereby release Shear Art Pet Salon Mobile Grooming and its staff from any and all liability, claims, or costs related to any accidents, injuries, illness, or veterinary expenses arising from or presented after the grooming service, except in cases of proven gross negligence. 

* If my pet becomes aggressive or requires emergency vet care due to pre-existing conditions or complications, I accept responsibility for all associated costs and authorize vet care at my vet’s office.

* I authorize Shear Art Pet Salon Mobile Grooming to perform bathing, trimming, nail clipping, etc., and agree that quoted prices are estimates; extra charges apply for matting, fleas, or difficult temperaments.
